We are really happy to have you visit the website P.C.E.A Zimmerman Church as we spread the wonderful news of the gospel of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. This represents a significant turning point for our church as we leverage the information superhighway to spread Joy, Salvation and hope throughout the world. Our greatest objective is to honor God by changing lives through the impact of the gospel of Christ. We hope that you will experience God’s love in our Church. The Worship Team at PCEA Zimmerman leads with passion, guiding the church into heartfelt praise and deep connection with God.

What is the church?
Worship: Develop a conducive environment for Christian worship
Fellowship: Encourage people to enlist and participate in all activities of Christian church membership and pursue joyous Christian living
Discipleship: Nurture God’s people to maturity [Peace, teach and edify]
Ministry: Minister to the real needs of the members of the body of Christ
Evangelism: Send out and reach out, share and witness God’s word in our society
We strive to create an environmental culture of operation that is governed by a set of core values which represents our highest priorities and commitments. They are the foundation on which the mission of the Parish is built and they set us apart from others and define the culture of our Parish. While the Church may not always act on its beliefs, it is only when beliefs are acted upon that they become values. This means that what we up hold as values must be lived out by all stakeholders for the outside world to see. The following set of core values are to be up held at all times:
True Worship and service – We are committed to worship God in Truth and Reverence, render service to all humanity as an expression of our worship. (Jn. 4:23)
Love and compassion – We are committed to Christian love and shall at all time show compassion to humanity. (Jn. 13:34-35)
We shall embrace respect for all persons in our mutual dealings ensuring that all find a place in our Parish. (1 Peter 2:17)
Truth and Justice – We seek the truth and exercise justice in all dealing. (Psalm 11:7; Psalm 106:3)
Integrity – We are committed to acting in an honest, accountable and transparent manner in all our undertakings (Psalms 15:1-5)
Industry(Hard Work) – We are committed to hard work and shall work relentlessly in all fields and achieve our goals. (Col. 3:23)
Accountability and transparency – We shall be open in all our dealings and act responsibly, exercising good stewardship at all times.
With the help of our Parish Minister, Rev Peter Gitau we have made significant progress both in terms of social and spiritual development. We trust that God is working on something new and will create a path where there initially appeared to be none.

The Parish is governed by a well-constituted Kirk Session which is drawn from all the ordained Elders within the two congregations, moderated by Parish Minister.The key responsibility is spiritual nourishment of the members and administratively running the Parish. The Session has elected among themselves a leadership committee, headed by the Session Clerk, to run and manage the affairs of the parish. The Parish has one Evangelist, Ministry Coordinator, one office secretary, two Accountants and the office of the Administrator.
